Pros

I initially joined Western Digital as a summer intern. The mentors and managers were extremely supportive and empathetic. The work culture is phenomenal. The technologies used are very exciting and there's always something new to learn!

Cons

There were times when new terms and technologies got overwhelming but there was always someone to help figure it out.
