1. Good work culture 2. Easy to file ideas and apply for patents - you get paid for even submitting an idea 3. Friendly managers - quite easy to approach and discuss 4. 6month bonuses called STIs 5. Leaves can be taken easily 6. Initial pay is good

Cons

1. Still use py27 2. Stressful environment during project milestones 3. Compensation review should be done based on the contributions made and should be done more frequently - first 2 years of joining it's the same for all regardless of how good you perform 4. Employee recognition needs to improve 5. New joinees get paid the same (or even more) as an employee with 1-2 years of experience in the same company. 6. Mediocre employee benefits.

Great workplace environment with completely approachable seniors, managers. I had a wonderful on-boarding experience . Great compensation along with benefits as well. Overall a very good place to learn, and grow in the corporate world.
