Pros

1. Best Work life balance. WFH on need basis , frequent seminars and help on improving aspects of personal as well as professional life. 2. Easily approachable management. 3. Good Amount of leaves. 4. Work pressure ranges from : medium to good levels during regular days. 5. Flexible Working hours. 6. Very transparent in processes right from day 1 which is good. 7. If you are new to storage domain you will certainly enjoy the work here.

Cons

1. Compensation : For a new joiner it's great you can strike a good deal. For employees few years into firm not so much motivating and appreciating. Mostly single digit. 2. Upper Management sometimes looks very cloudy in terms of decision making. 3. Since HEAD office is US with all major Architects and SME's working in PST. You might have to overtime and take meetings on odd times to get your things to closure since they don't like to attend off timing meetings while you will be forced since management will be behind you to close your things. This feels kind of unjust where APAC teams are always expected to take meetings on odd times. 4. Financial results will be articulated in a way which looks good to employee to keep them motivated but Cash bonuses or even promotions are always not guaranteed. Even if one quarter goes bad you can get pushed for promotion by a year. Makes no sense. Also your cash bonuses take a significant hit. 5. Policy of New Hire Vs Compensation review of Current Employees is definitely governed by business needs and goal but almost 90% times the first factor will be favoured so you will end up having single digit raise or mostly none since they will come to you saying we have no budget. 6. No interesting future projects. Very monotonous work after sometimes.
