WD gives a plethora of options. There are a lot of exciting projects and people are very supportive and helpful. Management is excellent. Quarterly conversations and special programmes for women are very encouraging.

Cons

They can try to have more outings for building intra and inter-team cooperation.

People are eager to help and cooperative. Management is understanding.

Cons

As a NCG, the learning curve is steep. And documentation isn't the best. The current system, Box, is oversaturated and sometimes outdated. In order to compensate for this, I pretty much bug my co-workers for answers.
