Lots of technology development. You'll get exposure to some fairly cutting edge tech and the development tools to bring that tech to market.

Cons

Time lines are always too short initially. All that new tech usually will have bugs in firmware , HW and MFG. Then management will scramble readjust deliver dates and origination and process changes will follow. Bottom line, it is a business of change and the engineering teams will reflect that. That's not for everyone.
