      limited staff resource, puts too much of a workload on employed staff causing extreme stress. Unrealistic expectations also cause too ,much stress.

      Good work, new technology, nice perks.

      Cons

      Improper project management, contractors more important than employees, no platform for superior's feedback. In my group, appraisal is not based on performance but how happy your manager is with you and does not consider technical contributions. People are busy with blame games and project is the not given much importance.
