      Pros

      Generally a solid company in the hard drive sector. I doubt they are going anywhere anytime soon.

      Cons

      - Outdated processes and procedures. - Pay isn't always competitive (bonuses don't count -- especially since they have sucked recently). They will always say that your salary is competitive because of bonuses, but when the company has a bad year, that part of your salary is held hostage. Then your pay might not be competitive anymore, especially if you started here straight out of college. - High deductible health plan. - Knowledge needed to complete tasks is often difficult to obtain.

      Pros

      HR is responsive and friendly, working environment is clean, training programs are insightful, plentiful parking spaces, a lot of after-work activities, very invigorating working environment.

      Cons

      Very little compensations and benefits offered to interns, workload is minimal, too little drinks at coffee station, too few restrooms available.
