      Pros

      HGST is like my your personal playground for those passionate about making an impact. There is so much opportunity to get involved and drive change. The executive team is getting better year over year driving organizational health and creating alignment / clarity across the organization.

      Cons

      There tends to be a percentage of the organization that is resistant to the exciting change we are going through as an organization. Get on the bus, people! We are going to great places.

      - Even though disk storage is considered old tech, it still has a lot of growth potential due to more need for digital media storage - Very structured big company environment if you like that - Bonus program and incentives are pretty good

      Cons

      - Salary is not very high compared to other companies - It wants to differentiate with software but quality of software engineering is not there - Slow to adapt to changes in industry.
