      Dynamic Environment. Every day is a new experience. Never a dull moment, it keeps you on your toes always. Best company in Klang Valley area.

      Poor local leadership. Too much emphasis given on volume, leaders ignoring quality and training and development of younger generation workforce.

      Stable Company Good pay + benefits Positive corporate culture focused one employee happiness, for example, they recently increased vacation time and also started ordering better coffee in reply to employee suggestions.

      Cons

      Turnover seemed pretty high which made consistency on projects difficult There really aren't any other cons I can think of, they're a really good company and I enjoyed working for them

      Flexible work hours, no crazy 12 hour days, good atmosphere if you have a great manager that i did.

      Cons

      Its a low cost leader so everyone is looking to cut costs. The employees are stuck at same position for years. No employee management
