      Pros

      Salary is competitive. Have opportunities to collaborate with other functional teams. Practises flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Thailand plant are not open for constructive criticism. Takes comments personally and unwilling to accept changes to move ahead. Slows down standardization efforts.

      Pros

      1) dont have night tele-conf as all the customer are base in malaysia or thailand

      Cons

      1) Working environment is not good. We have to keep complaining about the toilet only will have imporvement. The basic needs were not taken care by the employer 2) No flexi hours. You need to come in before 9am.

      Pros

      Employees work together towards a common goal, very team oriented. I beleive WD has a strong future.

      Cons

      Non exempt employees don't always get information needed from top down. We don't recognize positive accomplishments enough; we push for the next product.
