      Pros

      Moderate increment, good working culture and environment, good relationship between process & production.

      Cons

      not much employee benefit, too much concern on operating cost and headcount until its difficult to achieve the management goal, constantly have to work overtime and no OT claim. Lack to innovation in technology within this few year when there is shift to SSD demand the company still proudly say their HDD drive is the best

      Flexi hour. Monday to Friday. Few fitness class available after work Free parking 5 star canteen and pantry area In house clinic 5 star gym room

      Cons

      Certain group such as t software development team with attitude problem. Lack of people skill and don't like to communicate with other department. Too ego and show no respect to other people. Need more patience when deal with them. Good luck! They dont like to talk and they might just shout at you ..
