This review is written specifically for SanDisk Milpitas location. - Toxic leadership. - Promotions are very biased, with lot of politics behind them. - They promote way too fast and give inflated titles to keep talent. Every small promotion gets announced in an org-wide email, leading to a toxic workplace where most people feel left out. - Half of the leadership migrated to Micron and led to significant re-orgs every other month.
