      can learn a lot since you will have to do multiple tasks in different area

      Cons

      You'll have to work in morning and evening to communicate with japan and India members, and working during weekends to reach the ddl. And be prepared to be laid off after project finish. My teammates got layoff at the next week at type out. The management is a mass, I changed 5 manger in 7mouths.

      Flexible working hour and payment is relatively good.

      It is frustrated that you cannot focus on your work . The reason is, full of office politics, people tend to monitor and blame each others. The purpose is just to show up their own value for job security. 2. It is difficult for talent to empower career, little chance to transfer to other department.
