      Oligopolistic market makes for weak innovation

      Pros

      - Relatively speaking, not as dry and boring company culture as some other large tech firms. Still cringely bad in some instances. - Better and better benefits, still not top tier however. - Wonderful corporate headquarters

      - Clear cultural and racial divide between engineers and management a la class system. - Poor organizational structure. - Noncompetitive compensation.

      Great supportive colleagues, lots of potential technology and products.

      Cons

      Bad decisions made by upper management staff. Management should consider consulting with all levels to determine product readiness. Cut products and releases days before launch resulting in loss of revenue and inability to recover operating expenses.

      It was an awesome place to work at with great co-workers, lot of intelligent and skilled workers. Potential to grow.

      Cons

      Management does not understand how to effectively manage the skilled workers so they let them go and send out work to be done by a third rate party. Disappearing benefits, from vacation to bonuses.
