      Pros

      Some good people are doing great work and are eager to succeed. The company has been around for a long time.

      Cons

      The leadership has no idea what they are doing. A VP manages the CEO, and both are completely lost. She is more interested in refreshing a brand and trying to be cool and spends a lot of the company funds to do it. Great people are leaving the company, and executive leadership continues to build their following to make themselves feel liked. They are purposely laying off in small rounds to go undetected - very shady.
