      Free WHOOP, +1 Perk, Remote

      Cons

      Poor Compensation, rotating shift bids with no flexibility, inflexibility with working hours to accommodate other jobs, treated like middle schoolers and timed down to the second, you will be overlooked if you are not Boston or Ireland based despite qualifications, you are treated like another number, very little career advancement opportunities, membership services has turned into a call center, management will never take MSR feedback seriously. Sad to see the decline of this role internally. Lots of room to improve

      Pros

      The product itself is interesting and you're doing meaningful work. Benefits are decent.

      Cons

      During my time, the executive team was kind of horrendous. Fired a bunch of people and are backfilling for those roles now. Feels a little clique-y at times. I hear you are required to be in office 2-3 days per week. Of course the argument is that is boosts morale and connectiveness, but they also spent a ton of money to build their own building in the Kenmore area, so of course they don't want all that money to go to waste.

      The product is amazing. Some of the world's most accomplished inspiring people are proud customers, which is really cool! Extremely collaborative teammates who are world class at their jobs. Some of the most creative and thoughtful people I've ever worked with Business is growing quickly Really exciting strategy and roadmap over the next few years Fast moving and high impact

      Cons

      I'm surprised to see so much negativity on Glassdoor. WHOOP isn't for everyone I guess. If you care about health and wellness I can't imagine a better place to be. We move quickly, take ambitious shots, and set a high bar for excellence. People who don't want to work that way will struggle. Some teams feel a bit more chaotic but overall we have some new leaders who are moving things in the right direction. I'm very happy here.
