Pros

Sexy product, smart people, and decent pay Great place to learn about how a startup runs in a fast growing market

Cons

WHOOP boasts itself for a "high intensity and high humility" culture. But whenever it acquires a new company (and its employees), there is always a sh*t show and bloody battle between the incumbent and the newcomers. It often led to lots of egos in the room and dirty office politics to win over the king! And sh*t rolls downhill! It is so difficult for ICs to do great work in those times...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review about your experience at WHOOP. We're glad you appreciated the product we're building, the people you worked with, our total rewards program, and the fast-growing start-up environment. WHOOP has acquired only a few companies in the last 4-5 years, and both acquisitions were highly strategic and as thoughtful as possible. Of course, we recognize that merging missions, technologies, and teams can present challenges. If you would like to discuss this feedback more specifically, we would appreciate the opportunity to speak to you privately. Please reach out to us at people@whoop.com.
