Pros

Great job with benefits and great work environment overall. Set schedule and never had to worry about fluxuation in pay .

Cons

Felt like I didn't have the opportunity to advance as much as I would have liked . Failures in management at times seemed to be overlooked and unaddressed which caused stress when issues couldn't not be resolved.

Only having to work 4 days is nice. Pay is decently comparable to surrounding buildings.

Cons

Keep your head down and don't speak up. If you have a problem with management don't call HR, you'll just get suspended.
