      Pros

      Will work you to death for your money.

      Cons

      Know room for growth in upper management if you are not tall or white. Feels like you are reporting to a jail instead of work. Security gate with spikes, park your car and go through another security gate, walk a block and go through a physical security gate, 90% of employees have been to prison/jail.

      Good company, poor pay. Minimum raises

      Pros

      Witron is a really great company, it's constantly growing, the tech is great. They send you on team building events and give a allowance every year for clothing and shoes. As an electromechanical technician the job is very rewarding. The benefits are nice, good insurance, 401k, medical, dental, vision, voluntary life, short term disability.

      Cons

      The pay is very underwhelming for what you do at Witron sites. Raises are miniscule compared to other companies. As a team lead you are at a very underpaid position for the amount of managing and stress that comes with the job and the same follows as a electromechanic, as an em you often times find yourself repairing equipment at heights in unfavorable conditions, such as freezing temps, the work is rewarding but the pay isn't and the work usually requires you to find a solution under pressure from the customer and under stress. The company is often disorganized when it comes to things like HR, workman's comp. Finally, training at Witron is almost non existent, almost everything is passed down knowledge or self taught through trial and error.
