      Good pay in EA, but some ambiguous management sentiment

      Pros

      Good pay and Overtime. Keep active. Something new in automation for Australia. Workers are friendly.

      Cons

      Ambiguity around company being Family friendly, variation to any type of shift roster is heavily frowned upon, processes aren’t clearly defined, most procedures are adhoc for operators or corporate knowledge, heavily physical if on floor, repetitive tasks, 20-30k steps a shift, 30-50 flights of stairs, plus very regular climbs with appropriate harnesses and safety. Some obviously heavy favouritism in management. HR needs to get better at their processes. Short staffed most shifts due to absenteeism.

      Pros

      Great company, co-worker are friendly and helpful, weekly pay, pay increases, a lot of overtime (not mandatory and is very fair so everyone gets an opportunity to work overtime if you want to)

      - standing for long hours (few chairs)
