      Pros

      Very few nowadays. None that are keeping me from wanting to leave this place as soon as possible.

      Cons

      It feels like high school all over again. Seriously... I have never seen so many cliques and the cronyism is on another level. If you don't kiss but then you will likely not make it very far.

      Senior managers and Human Resources actively practice an open-door policy and encourage all colleagues to share concerns directly or anonymously with relevant parties. While the nature of our business unfortunately leads to times when we feel like front-of-the-house and back-of-the-house, we've executed on office-wide teambuilding exercises like cornhole tournaments and bowling nights to help bring our very business teams in social settings. As for cronyism, there have been no instances of corporate malfeasance or financial mismanagement reported or observed. Given that this is the second review in the past 60 days to use the word "cronyism" without any tangible examples, maybe this is a "fake review" by a disgruntled former employee. Either way, management wishes you well, thanks you for your service, and hopes you are able to find an environment in which you can thrive and be happy.

      Pros

      Global Leader in Logistics Automation Engineering. Great Benefits some of the best i have experienced.

      Cons

      High level of cronyism - If you do not have time to make friends and chit chat with site managers you will not be considered for career advancement opportunities. Poor SR. Management - Many of the managers are highly skilled technically but have little to no Human resource management. Due to cronyism many of the ops managers are immature. Highly technical work under harsh conditions with no competitive pay structure Training is inadequate . No African American ( BLACK) persons in SR management. understandable being a German Company but not in even in the North American HQ

      Pros

      The pros are few. Pay is decent but the raises are worthless. The benefits are probably the best part. Good medical decent eye and dental.

      Cons

      Management only looks out for themselves. They say if you have a problem to tell them and they'll work on it. That never happens. The leads and IT's are rarely on the floor working or helping the operators. If you've never experienced favoritism, get ready for that ride. As a new employee coming in be prepared to be treated like dirt by the other employees. Getting training is like pulling teeth and everyone will throw you under the bus if it means their name looks better. Breaking rules is okay if you're loved by a team lead, IT, or any upper management.
