The management group especially Hr are unprofessional and rude . They definitely aren't family oriented like they claim.

High Turnover/Low Pay/Company struggling with growth

Benefits are fantastic German culture is unique and fun Lots of events and "perks" that are covering the pay problems.

Cons

US Pay is below market across the board with no sign on it being fixed. HR Leadership is the worst I've seen. Company exploded a few years ago and all of the Sr. Leadership are in way over their heads. Turnover is crazy, especially with tech positions.
