Tough work conditions as mainly you work inside freezer or cooler environment

The pay is very underwhelming for what you do at Witron sites. Raises are miniscule compared to other companies. As a team lead you are at a very underpaid position for the amount of managing and stress that comes with the job and the same follows as a electromechanic, as an em you often times find yourself repairing equipment at heights in unfavorable conditions, such as freezing temps, the work is rewarding but the pay isn't and the work usually requires you to find a solution under pressure from the customer and under stress. The company is often disorganized when it comes to things like HR, workman's comp. Finally, training at Witron is almost non existent, almost everything is passed down knowledge or self taught through trial and error.
