      Pay does not match the work. This company will work you to death. Literally. 2 men have died at this plant.

      Pros

      The only good thing is they don't test for Marijuana.

      Cons

      You have to climb ladders all the time. You have to climb stairs going 4 to 5 stores high on a daily basis. The plant is 5 football fields big. Walking 20 miles a week with tools is required all the time. Very hard walking and standing labor is required. All lower management is black. All upper management is white. Do not look for help from any lower management. They do not have power. HR is not on your side.
