Pros

Good place to get a few months' experience to find another job.

Cons

1) Micro managing (minute per minute and word per word). 2) Low salary. 3) Bad management (Arlington heights, Chicago). 4) There is no respect (Screaming, bully, insulting words, etc.) 5) They don't appreciate your effort. 6) You can continue in this work if you are a humiliating person and without dignity. 7) No life stability they keep moving you from place to place.

Pros

Traveling: At some point there will be some time for you to travel while you're away. I would say 98%-99% of the people are AWESOME to be around with. The office is a casual environment, you can easily go up to someone and ask them questions or just chat with for a little while.

Cons

Pay is definitely on the low end. They attempt to make up for it with their profit sharing benefit (that you get AFTER 4/5 years of service), yearly performance review (~3% raise), and two potential bonuses. Even with all that, it doesn't make up for the low pay. Work life balance? Depending on what team you are placed on, you can say goodbye to your personal life. You will have to dedicate yourself to this job. They like to send people out to Germany (this may sound great, but wait for my next paragraph), for upwards of 9 months. This doesn't include when you finally travel to the actual site, where you can be working 12hr days 6-7 days a week. It definitely not a good sign and nothing to be proud of when some of the upper management in Germany responds to your 15+ hr shift with, "Only that? That's nothing here at Witron". The travel to Germany.. If you like being in a small town, pop. of <2,500 out in the middle of nowhere, then this might actually be for you. While there, you and you colleagues get a limited amount of cars, this can be HORRIBLE if the cars are with people who don't respond to calls/texts. In those situations you'll be out of luck if you want to do grocery shopping/go out for food, as food options are VERY limited in the town you'll be in.
