Bad hours (had to work weekends sometimes) Too corporate of an environment, even considering it was just a call center Consolidated every location, so lost jobs Not much room for improvement

Pros

The front line and local management staff are fantastic people with a lot to offer. You can always find something new and exciting to work on and most non-corporate positions provide a good environment with good people.

Cons

Senior Management members treat people as objects, not people. They can ride people hard for success, asking them to contribute all their time and energy to help the company and then turn around the next minute and show you the door. Many decisions are made at the Senior level without engaging the people that actually perform the affected functions. It's viewed as arrogant, misinformed and uncaring by the victims.
