Opportunity to add value in a variety of roles. Employees who seek new challenges can find new opportunities if they actively look. Good compensation and benefits packages. Professional office. Most teams have great culture and team type atmosphere.

Cons

It is sometimes challenging to move up following regular restructuring exercises which requires employees to find their own way or settle for a less than ideal role in order to stay with the company.
