The management team truly does not care about their people. It is all about the EBIT(A) and they will do whatever it takes to achieve it. Buildings are in disrepair and in some cases unsafe to work in. Management drives results through bullying, sarcasm and fear. The upper management team including HR enjoy gossiping about other employees and are rude and sarcastic to people both during meetings and behind their backs in front of other employees. Corporate drives initiatives down without ever seeing the front line and how they are impacting them. As a result many areas operate outside of policy.
