Fellow drivers are Freindly and are always willing to help you out providing you can find a senior driver anymore, they are all leaving

Cons

Drivers know more about the customers they service then the managers and managers don't listen to drivers. Bulling mentality, crappy equipment, trucks down more then on road.

The company had wonderful benefits, It was a wonderful experience learning the aspects of the landfill dynamics. I never knew that there was so much science behind the business.

Cons

Too much office gossip. Lay-offs should have been based on employee performance rather than on seniorty.
