      Great learning experience for a few years, but not a great lifetime career company.

      Pros

      Wonderful immediate supervisor, very professional and knowledgeable co-workers, good pay.

      Cons

      Vast disconnectedness with HQ and field offices. Higher ups don't value distant team members. People feel they are easily replaceable and undervalued. HR for corporate field employees is terribly disorganized and inefficient.

      Great benefits and stock growth,

      Cons

      Lack of structure and ever changing procedures and commission opportunities. Management doesnt have to learn the procedures of their subordinates. Constant focus on the stock holders and constant price increases and no emphasis on customer service in the field.

      They paid weekly. Coworkers were very nice people.

      Cons

      Almost everything. The training is below what they actually expect you to know when it's complete. The trainer is either a lay about or is getting dementia. They listen to all your calls and judge every little word you say. The customer service supervisor sits in her office all day eating. She literally eats all day. That's all she does.She also very racist against anyone that is not black. She literally would have screaming arguments with the same white woman. She picked on her to the point that we all thought she would have a breakdown.
