Pros

Worked here when the world got locked down due to the pandemic. They did an amazing job navigating such a large company through something no one had ever gone through before. Very organized and fair company. Good managers that actually want to see you succeed. Plenty of opportunities for growth

Cons

I would say the only cons are how strict it is during the training process.
