Pros

The agents and assistants are the best in the business. Professional, passionate about their clients, the smartest, sharpest people you'd ever want on your side as an artist.

Cons

Incredibly blatant in senior management's disrespect for female employees, very much a Boy's Club and a short list of those who were consistently rewarded and the rest were largely used for their skills but underappreciated and compensated in a diminishing manner each year since the merger/takeover.

Pros

Fun place to work, a lot of perks, get to talk to cool people who are incredibly knowledgable of the industry. A lot of encouragement to explore career options outside of the agency, after you've worked there a while.

Cons

If you're not interested in entertainment, it's not going to be enjoyable.

Pros

Very exciting environment, typical mailroom gig in Hollywood. Work your ass off and hope for the best. Luck helps also.

Cons

Tough hours, tough pay. Good luck
