Pros

Best way to gain insight into the entertainment industry and how it works from the ground up. Also a great way to make contacts.

Cons

You get treated like a nobody for the most part and have to start off in the mailroom.

Pros

Endeavor is one of the knowledge centers in hollywood. Typically, you'll be privy to exciting and confidential information. Be smart and keep your mouth shut if you value your job. If you're in it to brag to your friends how cool you are bc you just spoke, met or read so and so's work - good luck. If you're in it to make a difference, good luck bc you're judged by the money you bring into the agency, not creative you help produce (and not get credit for). If you're a sales person, this is for you. If you're a salesperson who's actually smart and driven you might just make it in hocking creative talent for a living. blue sky limit

Cons

pushing papers all day no training fear environment people
