Fully remote working, competitive salary, good working life balance, great colleagues, management is really good. You can get to work with some cool technologies and learn a lot. Diversity and Inclusion is an important part of the company culture. The company is growing and seems to have a great vision for the future and have some smart people working under Heather.

Cons

Not much budget these days for travel, events, swag as the company is focused on making a profit. Very rare that you get a bonus, and if you do, they aren't big bonuses like some companies give. The last few years there haven't been big salary increases yearly either.

Really great and knowledgeable people who are always happy to help. CEO is lively and inspiring. Pay is good, work life balance is great. 25+ days of PTO is encouraged. Good culture

Ongoing situation with lawsuits, but leadership is handling it very well and keeping everyone informed
