In regards to our commission structure for SDRs specifically and sales holistically, the Rev Ops team has ensured these sessions happen in December to ensure the plans are communicated well before they go into effect. We try our best not to make mid-year changes and understand this has been tough with a dynamic business. We appreciate you raising and our sincere hope is to limit these changes to annually during the standard review cycle.
