      Good Employer, Benefits, and Pay

      Pros

      WPM believes in growth from within, which is great for people who don't have a lot of experience but are willing to learn. They invest a lot in your education and are very supportive of your growth with the company (if that's what you want). I have been with the company for over 5 years and I am happy here. I feel that the senior management truly cares about it's employees and is supportive. Good pay, benefits, and a work life balance (as good as it get's in this industry). Also, this company has great values which makes your job more meaningful.

      Baltimore based company. Not many opportunities nationwide.

      Good insurance plan free back packs there there's not much more to say that's positive about this company

      Micromanagement lying bullying fear of punishment reprisal HR work solely for the company not for the employees they stand behind every lie told there's only two sides to the story when They want to hear it everything is a shade of gray so they can manipulate facts and figures I regret getting a job every day with a company that supposedly is in the top 10 employers in Maryland which by the way The survey packs go straight to our corporate office. Expect you to be available 24 hours a day seven days a week and pay you slightly better than a fry cook
