      Great company ruined by lousy management

      Pros

      Good customer service, great associates, hard working staff, convenient branches.

      Cons

      Old school HR executive leader has ruined morale, new CEO has a long way to go before being able to properly manage the bank, finance and HR systems suitable for the 70's, IT executive has no clue of technical issues when customers demand fresh technology solutions.

      Nothing. Applying like crazy to get out of this place.

      Cons

      Clique mentality with strong favoritism towards employees who had been with the company since Array. No formal training provided, you learn by doing something incorrectly and being lectured about it. Upper management is so numbers driven that the employees are worked thin and pushed until every possible loan is closed. Employees are underpaid compared to competitors.

      Personal Banker role offers limited growth; sales job

      Pros

      In general, the people in the branches are good people. The community bank feel allows you to connect with customers and build relationships easily.

      Cons

      Minimal growth unless you have friends to get you there. PBs are given low salaries with the promise of earning bonuses through the incentive plan. However, the incentive plan has unattainable standards and expectations.
