Flexible scheduling (at the branch I was at) Friendly coworkers

Cons

Unattainable sales goals, unrealistic expectations. Micromanagement pushed by upper management as a result of new sales incentive. Extremely low morale but no one is willing to stand up and say something for fear of losing their job.

The wording is limited but avoid working with this company. There is no structure and no sense of ownership for the work. Everything is a blame game and management is full of people who have never had experience and we’re given the title because of tenure.
