-Friendly Customers -Great healthcare -Well run training program

Cons

-The Managers despise each other -Very little room for serious advancement -Incentive program is awful- penalizes bankers for having a good quarter -Bankers are expected to show up 15 minutes early and leave 15 minutes late and are not compensated for this. They claim this happens everywhere (which is far from true)

They offer Decent benefits, and in the branches your co-workers friendly.

Cons

The cons I would say is they pay for the amount of work being done. The hours for the banking office could be a little better, but they're not terrible.
