Hour lunch break 2 weeks out of a month

Management is horrible No diversity beware of asking a simple question to help a customer you'll either get the wrong answer, or someone acting as if you speak a foreign language. If your not apart of the team/,Management that's able to communicate "meaningless" during a stressful work environment look forward to a long stressful work day. Beware you will be judged and singled out. Maybe even called a trouble maker which is light to what they really want to say

The people are a pro of WSFS, other than executive leadership.

Cons

WSFS Financial does not like to promote from within. WSFS wants their associates so not notice how overworked they are how little they are paid. Do not work for WSFS!

Cons

Terrible pay for the work you arw expected to perform, bonuses are made to seem like a privilige and not something earned, boast work life balance but make you work over 40 hours with no overtime allowed
