No more drop days even though it infuriated the entire retail banking team, working six days a week sucks and the pay raise we just got was definitely not worth it (they're using our pay raise to justify getting rid of our drop days even though we were severely underpaid for the work we did pre-raise) If you work in Delaware the culture is terrible, Pennsylvania much better but slowly turning sour one day at a time GIVE US DROP DAYS BACK!!! WE NEED THOSE!!! BACKHANDED USING OUR RAISES AS JUSTIFICATION FOR AXING DROP DAYS

I would advise Not working here. The favoritism, racism, and utter bull crap is to much for the amount we are paid. They don't care about employees well being at some branches and management is the one to blame. If you don't push products on every single customer they ROMS and ABMS will treat you like garbage. They do not care about their employees or floaters unless you are their golden children , then you can do what you want . The pay for everything we have to do is no where near other Banks . I regret working here
