Pros

Benefits and time off are solid for the industry. No super long night/weekend requirements. The non-retail parts of the bank seem to have a more compassionate environment than retail.

Cons

Sales "pressure" with a flawed system, technology is behind other banks, some parts of the bank are very silo'd and it's hard to get different parts of the bank to be singing from the same songbook. Hard to get advancement opportunities outside of Wilmington or Philadelphia.

Great Company with good benefits and charitable with a great sense of community.

Cons

Poor management and salary pools makes it a place you wont be able to stay long if you have a lot of experience and make good money. You will get replaced.
