Great people to work with Work atmosphere is relaxed Willing to hire from within Care about their employees Willing to listen to your needs as part of the team

Sometimes it's insane busy, sometimes it's insanely dead Construction company, brings with is some workplace quirks We hire from unions, and sometimes that can create some drama
