Pros

Great work colleagues, fast paced work environment, creative work, great benefits, challenging projects, free gym.

Cons

Communication issues, long hours, "hurry up and wait" work cycle, last second changes and demands, not a very inspiring physical work environment (production facility).

Pros

A bunch of passionate people that invest their heart and soul into their work and believe in team building.

Cons

No work-life balance. Management keeps changing direction with their marketing plans and expect people to work 24/7

Pros

Incredible learning ground if you want to become a TV producer. You are absolutely given the chance to sink or swim from a very early point in your employment.

Cons

It is a politically charged atmosphere, where sometimes talented people are held back because someone knows someone. Hard to move up.
