Pros

Very innovative forward-thinking company who is on the cutting edge of digital media trends. Very clear vision and strategy that is communicated well throughout the organization. If you work hard and contribute positively, you will be rewarded well.

Cons

Because WWE is producing live content almost every day, it can be chaotic at times. But with that chaos comes passionate employees (and fans) who are excited about what they do.

Pros

Friendly, collaborative environment. Everyone looks out for each other and there's very little drama or finger pointing. Excellent cafeteria and Gym allow for minimal time outside the office during the day. Reasonable working hours (some extra around the big PPVs).

Cons

Occasional impulsive "firings" keep people on edge in terms of job security. Lack of clear expectations from the top down. Upper management can be more reactive than pro-active.
