      Pros

      Some nice people work here. Unfortunately they work for a company that does not appreciate them or pay enough.

      Cons

      Aside from retirement, the pay and benefits here are the worst I've had at any bank. A recruiter will sell you on the bonuses. They weren't paid this year at all to support departments. They talk about the health insurance like it's amazing but it's a mediocre high deductible plan. Managers here are incompetent and this fact will negatively impact your job daily. Overall, your hard work will not be recognized or rewarded. HR and upper management in this company need to wake up and make some changes.

      Thank you for your post. It was a tough year for our corporate team because we worked our tails off and no bonuses were earned because net income was down. I would be happy to discuss with you and understand your frustrations and see what we might be able to change.

      Pros

      The culture is decent. CEO is smart and really nice.

      Cons

      Managers are toxic and will play you. They're all fake and micromanage. Some managers will create their own rules and policies and force you into using those "policies". Managers will zoom in on employees computers to see what they're doing. HR will always side with the managers no matter what you tell them. Also, low pay and awful technology.

      My team personally are kind and fun people.

      Cons

      Upper management truly doesn't understand what they ask of technical teams. Compensating is a joke, they struggle to keep talent.
