WAFD has a great culture and working environment. I have been with the Company for 36+ years, they have great benefits and career opportunities to growth within the company.

Pros

Washington Federal is by far, the best place I’ve ever worked! We really are a family here. With an amazing work life balance, competitive salary, health benefits, 401k, incredibly accessible & supportive upper management and staff, and not to mention the best loan products & customer service imaginable.

Cons

We are making so much progress that I’m going to keep the positivity going!

Pros

Great health, dental, and vision. Really good 401k plan! Love that I actually have sick time! It's honestly the best job I've had. It's challenging, I'm constantly learning, and I have fun with my job. My job as a teller is a fun one because I'm a float teller so I get to meet a lot of my colleagues from other branches! Also I like that my managers care about you as a person in general not just as an employee. I would also like to say our new CEO has made a huge impact on all of us in such an amazing way I look forward to a long career at Washington Federal.

Cons

Very far and few between is there office drama but it usually gets resolved quickly.
