      Terrible management

      Decent pay, nice office and location

      Cons

      Management in the BSA department is horrible, they will treat you with complete disrespect and you will receive constant threats even when you do exactly what you are told to do. Interrogation and micromanagement is 100% their forte. Multiple people in the department would quit due to this treatment and then management would try and scare everyone into thinking they were fired. It was the worst working environment I’ve ever experienced and I would caution anyone who applies to this department to look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Great culture and someone is always willing to help. As with any job, you are responsible for your own self motivation and positive attitude for success. For those willing to raise their hand, ask how they can assist others once they are competent and successful in their own role, learn more, and do it with a positive attitude there are opportunities for growth and success!

      Cons

      Some employees don't appreciate the benefits the same way, especially those designed to benefit employees in the long term. A generous retirement and matching 401k, stock options, along with health insurance, stock options, long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, EAP, and more are part of the overall compensation plan.
