      Can't think of any pro really as it was quite the negative experience.

      Pros

      Get all government holidays off. Hours are good, Mon to Fri, 9 to 5. Don't have to work weekends. Have pot lucks and nice xmas party.

      Cons

      The pay is horrible!! Most people have to work a 2nd job since the pay is so low. And the bonuses suck. No matter how hard you work, you don't get a good bonus. Some managers don't do anything and are always calling out or leaving early.

      Pros

      Branch level staff was awesome, although looking for other jobs.

      Cons

      Company isn't loyal to their employees and in turn employees aren't loyal to the company. Pay is horrible for everyone at the branch level. So basically you build relationships with the customers that make the bank money, and you get nothing in return.
