Pros

Good benefits, a decent support system without having actual people in branch, not open saturdays.. steady hours.

Cons

lack of internal promotion opportunity , high volume work for the compensation, short staffed at nearly every branch to cut business cost, poor managerment.

Asking too much.

Pros

If you are into benefits and 401k the company does have a few perks. but only really if you want to stick with the company for an extended amount of time and deal with being over worked

Cons

Like the top reads.. UNDERPAID. This bank is trying to change all the title positions in banking, so the bank can add more tasks to fewer people because "you aren't a personal banker, you're a Senior CSR, so you won't get paid the same as other banks, but you'll play the role of personal banker AND relationship banker" and they think the pay is worth it because the title isn't there and they will hire people without PB or RB experience.. but with the negative atmosphere from the understaffed underpaid positions. it really takes a toll on the moral and efficiency of the company

Pros

It was extremely easy to get hired, too easy

Cons

No training: there’s little to no formal training for my job description. It’s all here say and constantly changing. Commercial Team is Put on a Pedestal No raises, bonuses and little opportunity to move up in the job. I was promised several bonuses, saw nothing and none of it was communicated to me. Professionalism is few and far between. Both front line and back office staff are extremely rude to one another. Seems to be no solid rules. Everything is nuanced, and quite frankly feels sketchy. Employee cries for help for better systems, technology and training fall on deaf ears. Constant work load increase with no compensation. Health benefits are mediocre. Was promised the world and was quickly disappointed.
